A light colored honey. With an exceptionally sweet start, reminiscent of butterscotch. This honey is a mix of Black Sage (Salvia Melifera,) Yellow yarrow (Eriophyllum confertiflorum,) and trace amounts of Toyon (Heteromeles arbutifolia)
